Winter routes await

Grand Ronde Sno-Park is a winter recreation access point near Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort, offering entry to groomed snowmobile routes, snowshoe terrain, and Nordic trail systems in the Elkhorn Mountains. The nearby Two Dragon Loop is a popular winter loop used for snowshoeing and backcountry-style skiing through forested alpine terrain with open mountain views.

Cross-country skiing, Snowshoeing, Backcountry Skiing

The sno-park connects to a larger regional trail network with more than 150 miles of winter routes.

Mountain Biking

When the snow melts out, the Two Dragon Loop provides mountain bikers with five miles of single and double track trail.

OHV & ATV

Access forest roads open to motorized vehicles from the Grande Ronde parking area.

Getting There

From Baker City, OR, head north on Highway 30 toward Haines approximately 10 miles; In Haines turn left and follow the Anthony Lake Highway signs (turns into Forest Road 73) for 25 miles to the Anthony Lake Recreation Area; Go past the Anthony Lake Ski Area about 1 mile to the Sno-park which is on the right side of the road.

Cost of Admission

Day Use: Oregon State Sno-Park Permit required November 01 – April 30:
$4 per vehicle per day
$9 per three day (consecutive)
$25 per annual
