Baker City Downtown presents Twinkle in Time, a weekend-long suite of events and activities to launch the beginning of the holiday season! Twinkle in Time includes BCD’s 7th annual Cookie Crawl and three days of Festival of Trees events.
Twinkle also includes the Twilight Jubilee (light parade downtown and community tree lighting ceremony in Court Plaza), organized by the Baker County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau; Make-and-Take holiday activities, organized by Crossroads Carnegie Art Center, Inc; Pictures with Santa & Letters to Santa, organized by the Baker City Kiwanis; as well as the 4-H Christmas Bazaar, organized by OSU Extension Baker Co. 4-H Oregon.
