Blue Mountain OHV Area is one of northeastern Oregon’s major off-road trail systems, offering more than 50 miles of designated forest trails through ponderosa pine, fir forest, sagebrush slopes, and mountain meadows.

Riders can access the system from several trailheads including Oregon OHV Trailhead, Elk Creek Campground, and Blue Springs Summit, with routes ranging from easy to moderately challenging.

Getting There
Highway 7 south toward Sumpter, then connect to Sumpter Valley Highway / Blue Springs Summit for northern access, or continue toward Unity for southern trailheads near Oregon Campground and Elk Creek.

Adult (ages 16-62) – $5.00
Senior (ages 62+) – $4.00
